1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Service Information
We strive to provide accurate information regarding itineraries, prices, destinations, accommodations, and services. However, due to weather conditions, local circumstances, government regulations, or operational requirements, certain details may change without prior notice.
3. Reservations and Confirmation
All tour and trekking arrangements are confirmed through direct communication with our team. Details regarding itinerary, inclusions, exclusions, pricing, and schedules will be discussed and agreed upon before the commencement of the trip.
4. Payments
Payment arrangements will be communicated before the trip begins.
The agreed package price generally includes only the services specifically mentioned in the itinerary or quotation. Additional expenses, including personal purchases, travel insurance, emergency expenses, and services not explicitly listed, remain the responsibility of the traveler.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation requests should be submitted as early as possible.
Refund eligibility depends on the stage of preparation and expenses already incurred for:
- Transportation bookings
- Hotel reservations
- Permits and entrance fees
- Guide and porter arrangements
- Other operational costs
Certain government fees, permits, or third-party service charges may be non-refundable.
6. Changes to Itinerary
Adventure travel often depends on weather conditions, transportation availability, government regulations, trail conditions, and safety considerations.
We reserve the right to modify, postpone, reroute, or cancel any part of an itinerary if necessary for safety or operational reasons. Reasonable alternative arrangements will be made whenever possible.
7. Health and Fitness Requirements
Many trekking and adventure activities involve physical exertion at varying altitudes and conditions.
Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically and medically fit for their chosen activity. Travelers should consult a healthcare professional before participating in strenuous activities if they have any medical concerns.

8. Travel Documents
Travelers are solely responsible for obtaining and carrying all required documents, including:
- Valid passport
- Visa (if applicable)

- Travel permits
- Identification documents
Failure to obtain required documentation may result in denied participation without compensation.

9. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend obtaining comprehensive travel insurance that covers:

Participants are responsible for arranging their own insurance coverage.
10. Risks and Liability
Adventure travel and trekking involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:
- Altitude sickness
- Weather-related hazards
- Natural disasters
- Transportation delays
- Accidents and injuries
Participants acknowledge these risks and voluntarily participate in activities at their own discretion.
The company shall not be liable for losses, injuries, damages, delays, or expenses resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
11. Participant Conduct
All participants are expected to:
- Respect guides, staff, local communities, and fellow travelers.
- Follow safety instructions.
- Respect local customs and cultural traditions.
- Avoid behavior that may endanger themselves or others.
We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior negatively affects the safety, comfort, or experience of others.
12. Environmental Responsibility
We encourage responsible and sustainable tourism practices.
Participants should:
- Avoid littering.
- Respect wildlife and natural habitats.
- Follow local environmental regulations.
- Help preserve trekking routes and cultural heritage sites.
13. Photography and Media
Photos and videos may be taken during tours and treks for promotional and marketing purposes.
If you do not wish your image to be used, please notify us in writing before the trip begins.
14. Privacy Policy
Personal information collected during inquiries and trip arrangements will be used solely for communication, operational planning, and service delivery.
We do not sell or share personal information with unauthorized third parties unless required by law.
15. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including:
- Natural disasters
- Political instability
- Government restrictions
- Epidemics or pandemics
- Transportation disruptions
- Severe weather conditions
16. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal.
