1st day: Kathmandu (1320m.) To Phaplu by plane. Approximately 35 minutes flight. Departure from the airport early in the morning, arrival at Phaplu around 9am.
From Phaplu to Chiwang Gomba on foot (3h) – Visit to the monastery – Camping at Chiwang Gomba.

2nd day: From Chiwang Gomba to Vittakharka (6h) -Camping in Vittakharka.

3rd day: From Vittakharka to Chimding (the village of Sukman) (5-6h) – Camping in Chimding – Visit of the village – Meeting with the locals.

4th day: Rest day in Chimding – Visit of the school, the small monastery, the grain mill installed by the association “Lumières du Népal” of which Sukman is the coordinator in Nepal. Camping in Chimding.

5th day: From Chimding to Patale (5-6h) – Camping in Patale.

6th day: From Patale to Japre (5h) – Camping in Japre.

7th day: From Japre to Pike Kharka at the foot of Pike Peak (6h) – Camping at Pike Kharka.

Day 9: From Pike Kharka to Tsamla Kharka (5h) – Camping at Tsamla Kharka.

10th day: From Tsamla Kharka to Bhandar (5h) – Camping in Bhandar.

Day 11: From Bhandar to Shivalaya (5:30 am) – Campsite in Shivalaya.

Day 12: From Shivalaya to Jiri (5:30 am) – Overnight at the hotel in Jiri.

Day 13: From Jiri to Kathmandu by bus (around 7h).
